October 30, 1989, Norman and I met for supper at Quigley's, in the heart of the Beach, at Beech and Queen. In 1990, we began travelling and camping and canoeing together, and on top of Maple Mountain, Temagami, we posed for our first picture together at a high point in the terrain. Ever since, we've been chasing high points together. Sometimes, we've made do with low points and sea level. But always good times.
